NWPV Track Meet

NWPV Meets will be held on the Husky Track, University of Washington

The bar goes up at 5pm, warm up open at 4pm. If meet registrations get crowded, we’ll run two pits to cut the time in half. Approximate starting times for higher athletes will be announced by email for planning.



Holiday WSTC Meet $35 per class A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This is a pole usage fee. Coach Steven will provide pole transport.

Speed Mini-Camp $100 Purchase required to enroll

This two day-mini camp for pole vault specific speed development is designed for athletes that want to take their training to the next level. Coach Tim and Coach Steven created this program to be used while we're on break and throughout the school year until the start of spring high school track season.

This mini-camp will include sprinting drills, comprehensive warm ups, cool downs, circuit training along with classroom time designed for this pole vault speed program. The camp is designed for two 2 1/2 hour sessions with a different emphasis each day so it's vital to attend both sessions. Competing in the final NWPV meet on August 14th between these two sessions should not be a problem. The sessions will not be intensely physical but will be intensely educational.

PV Speed & Strength Training $40 per class A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Coach Steven Pust will provide these PV specified sessions on Mondays and Thursdays at the Dempsey Indoor Center.

High Jump (Novice) $50 per class A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

The owner of the Flophouse training center in Tacoma, Coach Martha Mendenhall is one of the most experienced jump coaches on the west coast with USATF Level 3 and IAAF Level 5 coaching credentials. This session is geared for beginner or novice jumpers with PR heights between 4'0 - 5'5".
Note: Absolute beginners should reach out to Martha directly before registering for these clinics.
